James A. Connor has been involved in commercial real estate since 1981 and has extensive knowledge and experience in commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services. Mr. Connor joined Daum Commercial in 2000 and specializes in the leasing and sales of commercial properties (office/retail), industrial properties, leased investments and land. Before joining Daum Commercial, Mr. Connor was a partner in a real estate investment banking firm in West Los Angeles, and prior to that was in charge of an REO Department for a private mortgage lender, where he stabilized and disposed a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties valued at over $50 million. In addition, Mr. Connor was General Manager of a state-wide commercial brokerage firm and has personally facilitated real estate transactions valued at over $300 million. He is also a member of Daum’s prestigious President’s Club (2006). Mr. Connor is involved with several industry related organizations including ProVisors, NAIOP and ICSC and is past President of several High School Athletic Booster Clubs including the Westlake High School Soccer Booster Club, the Westlake High School Football Booster Club and the Thousand Oaks High School Wrestling Booster Club. Licensed to sell real estate since 1981, Mr. Connor has represented numerous local, regional and national companies with their real estate requirements throughout California, in addition to representing numerous individuals, family trusts, LLC’s, private partnerships and corporations with their real estate portfolios.
