With over 40 years of experience, Jim has the expertise to handle all phases of real estate including, site location, acquisition, re-zoning, D. O. T. negotiation, evaluating, developing, subdividing, as well as other investment-related issues.
Jim has developed two residential subdivisions – Riverside and Wisteria Ridge. Jim has also developed to own, 17 commercial/industrial properties, many of which he continues to own and manage. (9 Office projects, 2 retail centers including a 20,000 sq. ft. center in Newnan, GA, 1 industrial building, 4 restaurants, and 2 commercial land developments.
