A licenced commercial real estate broker and general contractor with over 25 years of experience in the South Florida area, I share with clients my unequaled market knowledge, perceptive market foresight and extensive resources. I have successfully negotiated over $400 million in real estate transactions and managed over 1.5 million square feet of office and retail properties. Maximizing my clients' financial return, both now and for the long-term, is the driving force behind every transaction I undertake.
