Jim is primarily the brokerage commercial Realtor, wife Marilyn is primarily the residential Realtor but help each other on listings and sales transactions in both realms. Marilyn has been a professional Realtor for 30 years, Jim about 25 years. Both are active in the communty. Marilyn served as a City Councilor in her market, Roswell, NM. Jim served as Regent and Regent Chairman, New Mexico State University, Chairman of New Mexico First, United Way Division Co-Chair. They raised 3 children in Roswell, active as adult volunteers in many sports including Scouting, Youth Soccer League, Caprock Swim Team, Pecos Valley Equestrian Association. Jim is a licensed commercial pilot and Army veteran.
