Jim has been active in real estate since 1974, and holds the CRB Designation (Certified Residential Brokerage Manager). Jim was recognized as Realtor of the year in 1990, and has served as an Officer and Director of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors. Active in Community Affairs, Jim has served as Member and Chairperson of both the Meredith Planning Board and the Meredith Zoning Board of Adjustment, as well as on numerous committees. Jim's interests include traveling, photography and woodworking.
