Jim Poteet has over twenty years of commercial property management experience with M3 Millennium Companies and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech as well as a degree in Business Administration from Georgia State
As a senior Commercial Property Manager for M3 Millennium Companies, Jim is responsible for day-to-day operations of the M3 property portfolio. Primary responsibilities include tenant and owner relations, supervision of building engineers and administrative staff, tenant build out, vendor contracts, and accounting functions.
He and his wife, Amy, are the proud parents of two children and are long term residents of the Atlanta area.
