After fifteen years with CB Richard Ellis, where he served as First Vice President, Jim joined Newmark, Inc. in January of 1999. The move marked another crucial step in Jim’s business development. “This move is a refinement in my effort to deliver the best service to my clients,” Jim says of his move. “Burroughs taught me how to sell but their product couldn’t be the best solution for every application.
