Jim Walker has more than 20 years of real estate experience and has been a liscenced Realtor in California for more than 10 years. He was the top agent for the Sacramento office of TRI Commercial Real Estate in 2007, is the Sales Manager and a partner in Walker Properties, and serves as an officer for Amos J Walker, Inc.
Jim is a fourth generation Californian who attended American River College and went on to receive his sales and marketing degree from Fiels Institute. Jim was the 2007 men’s colored-belt over-age-40 weapons and sparring champion for the American Tae Kwon Do Association. He likes to stay active and walks six miles every day.
Along with his wife Dona, Jim has been living in the Elk Grove area for over 20 years, and has vast knowledge of the surrounding areas. They’ve raised three children and are now the proud grandparents of two boys. They were the original owners of La Bou Restaurant in Elk Grove. The Walkers enjoy the outdoors, especially time spent with friends in the sun or by the pool.
