Jimmy Kerr is the buyer’s agent and development strategist specifically focusing on urban infill redevelopment and ground-up opportunities. Jimmy obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering (Environmental Emphasis) from the University of Southern California and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of San Diego.
He is an accredited LEED AP for Building Design and Construction (BD+C). Jimmy has 11+ years as an Estimator and Design and Project Manager at general contractor T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. Described by most as a total people person, his enigmatic personality is absolutely contagious. Among other passions, some of his favorites include a good game of golf, beach sunsets, and road-tripping through the United States.
