The Joan Vallee Team was named the top producing team of the Mid State Board of Realtors for 2006. The team has had this honor for the past 4 years running. In this past year, I have brought together a team of agents, who are energetic and motivated to help service clients more efficiently. There are currently 8 members on the team and together with the support staff, we endeavor to service our clients so they can obtain their goals, wherever they are, or want to be. Along with experienced loan representatives, we counsel new homebuyers as well as home sellers, who want to move up or downsize. We also market new construction in central Connecticut.
I got my real estate license 23 years ago and have been a top producer ever since. I presently live in Bristol with my new husband and am grandmother to 12 grandchildren.
