Joce Messinger joined Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services in 2015 and is currently a Senior Vice President of Investments with the Marcus & Millichap National Hospitality Group. In this capacity, Mr. Messinger co-leads a team of 7 whose expertise is national investment sales, debt and structured equity placement, and advisory services with a specific concentration in the hospitality industry. He is based out of the firm’s Charleston, SC office.
With extensive experience in acquisitions, development, and hotel finance, Mr. Messinger has tremendous contacts with investors at all levels and has facilitated the sale of over 60 hotels in the Southeast and Midwest. Clients include private and public companies as well as financial institutions. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Messinger was a senior associate with Paramount Hotel Advisors. Mr. Messinger has over 15 years experience in the hotel industry with both public and private companies.
As one of the leading brokers in the hospitality industry, Mr. Messinger possesses broad experience in analyzing complex transactions and has personally been involved in the acquisition and development of a variety of individual hotels throughout his career.
