Jodi started in the Real Estate Industry over ten years ago. Three years ago, she decided she wanted to not only help clients buy and sell homes, but she also wanted to help potential Realtors, and established Realtors, grow their real estate businesses. For me, the culture of the place that she worked at, and have agents that work at, was the most important tool in helping grow real estate careers. For this reason, she chose to partner with Alissa Prentice and EXIT Realty. This move ensured that she had the ability to offer anyone who joined her office the best culture, technology, and support for their career growth. Gone are the days of competing against one another to get a listing or buyer. In are the days of working together to help each other grow their business and get that new listing or buyer!
She has seasoned agents who work for EXIT Midstate Realty, who have been in the business for years, and newer agents all working together for the benefit of their individual businesses.
