Jodie Matthews is a Senior Managing Director of the New Jersey Operations group. Ms. Matthews is responsible for client relationship development, management, and implementation of real estate transactions. Ms. Matthews also serves as a Transaction Manager on several accounts. She is responsible for overseeing numerous transactions for all phases of real estate including acquisition, disposition and the development/implementation of strategies.
Ms. Matthews has over twenty-five years of experience both as a private landlord and commercial real estate broker. She has worked with corporate clients in a wide variety of industries on both local and national assignments. Ms. Matthews expertise includes financial analysis, tenant procurement and lease negotiations. She has worked on several national account teams coordinating the reporting, implementation and execution of both tenant representation and disposition of real estate assignments. Due to her in-depth market knowledge of New Jersey, she has become a valuable resource in the due diligence process for the acquisition and disposition of real estate.
She is the co-lead of JLL''s Women's Business Network in NJ.
