Mr. Broerman joined DTZ as a member of the Corporate Services Group with a primary focus on reporting, analysis, and transaction management for the Allegis Group and Prometric accounts.
Before joining DTZ, he worked as a market analyst for Walk2Campus Holdings, LLC, a student housing developer who owns and manages approximately 500 bedrooms in four university towns. While with Walk2Campus, he evaluated potential investments and prepared projections for future acquisitions.
