As an Associate with Colliers | Chicago Industrial Group, Joe is a professional broker providing full-service commercial real estate advisory with a primary focus in the O’Hare, I-290 north, and northwest burbs submarkets.
His education includes graduating from the University of Kansas in 2016 with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Accountancy. Upon achieving my CPA certification, he went to work as an auditor for KPMG Dallas with a focus on technology and industrial companies. After two years with KPMG, he decided to transition his career into the supply chain industry. He went to work for a company that specialized in designing and building the inside of distribution centers. Working with several Fortune 500 companies, his sales role enabled him to tour 400+ industrial buildings in nearly every U.S. market. His career path has provided him with a wealth of industrial knowledge that he is able to share with clients and help with their specific needs.
