Joe has 35 year successful career designing and leading Marketing, Leasing, and Sale campaigns for the tri-state region's largest and most exciting office, science, healthcare, and technology campuses. Currently responsible for promoting and leasing the entire Discovery Labs Portfolio in King of Prussia, PA, including the former GSK 1 million square foot Research and Development Campus, 900,000 sf Innovation Renaissance Campus and 3 m sf of life science space expansion on our sites in King of Prussia, PA.
