Joe Daniels is a Director for Integra Realty Resources of Tampa Bay and a member of Integra's Healthcare and Seniors Housing specialty practice. He has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting for over 25 years, beginning with Pardue, Heid, Church, Smith & Waller in 1988, followed by Gulf Atlantic Valuation, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and HealthTrust, where he was a Partner before joining Integra.
Joe has extensive specialized expertise in the valuation of seniors housing and healthcare properties including acute care general hospitals, psychiatric and specialty hospitals, skilled nursing, assisted and independent living and memory care facilities, continuing care retirement communities, medical office buildings, dialysis and surgery centers and senior apartments, as well as market and feasibility studies for proposed and existing seniors housing and healthcare properties throughout the United States.
