Joseph R. Hoye II is a sales and leasing associate with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Joe works with both landlords and tenants in leasing retail properties. He is currently leasing numerous projects in the greater Phoenix area for clients such as Westwood Financial Corporation and A & C Properties. Joe also represents tenants such as Liberty Tax and Party City.
Joe started out as an owner/operator of a national retail franchise. He quickly built the business and once it was profitable, sold it to work on his own real estate investments. Joe also worked as an advertising associate for one of the largest real estate investment magazines in Arizona. Joe became involved in commercial real estate in 2006 working for a small brokerage house, and was quickly able to build a network of tenants. Joe has completed over 100 lease transactions in his career. He brings a unique and diligent approach to meeting his client’s needs and is focused on his helping them exceed their goals and objectives. Joe’s main priority is building long term relationships.
