Joe Judge is an Executive Managing Director and Broker Lead for JLL's Mid-Atlantic Tenant Advisory Practice. Joe offers expertise in strategic consulting, site selection, dispositions and municipal incentive negotiations. Joe is a member of the Brokerage Leadership Board and Brokerage Leadership Council, which provides strategic insight to drive and enhance results at every level of JLL's brokerage business.
Joe specializes in tenant representation, portfolio advisory, strategic consulting and has 23 years of experience.
Over the past 20+ years at JLL, Joe has developed relationships with and managed a wide variety of advisory and brokerage assignments ranging from global, national and regional headquarter relocations to consolidation studies for portfolio clients within the media, technology, life science, medical device and federal sectors throughout North America and across the globe.
