Mr. Miller founded Atlantic Marina Holdings, LLC in 2003. Prior to that Mr. Miller served as principal of Miller Development, LLC, which developed retail and mixed-use projects totaling over $180 million in value. Previous to formation of Miller Development, Mr. Miller worked with Cousins Properties, a publicly traded REIT based in Atlanta, GA and 1997 NAIOP National Developer of the Year, as well as Childress Klein Properties in Atlanta and Trammell Crow Company in Nashville, TN. Mr. Miller has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a JD from the School of Law at the University of South Carolina. Mr. Miller has served as a Deacon for First Scots Presbyterian Church, was chair of the Local Missions committee for First Scots, served on the board of First Scots Kindergarten, chaired the board of Agape Ministries (a local Christian based charity in Charleston), and has coached over 30 youth sports teams. Most recently Mr. Miller started a new Pop Warner football team for inner city under-privileged children. Mr. Miller has been married for twenty-four years and has three sons.
