Joe leads the transaction management teams supporting Washington Federal, Moss Adams LLP, and The Bartell Drug Company. His services include real estate portfolio management, acquisitions, leasing, dispositions, strategy, and lease administration support. Additionally, Joe provides real estate support for the City of Kirkland where he is a thirty-three (33) year resident. Previously, Joe spent 14 years as an Alliance Director on behalf of Boeing Realty Corporation and Verizon Wireless.
