Joe has been in the commercial real estate industry for 11 years and joined CBRE in 2016 as a Senior Vice President. He specializes in land acquisition, assemblages and disposition of industrial land and buildings for private and public entities, as well as the sale and leasing of industrial product for institutional clients. He is focused in the Inland Empire marketplace. Joe’s expertise has been in sourcing land acquisition opportunities for institutional and private clients. He has also been instrumental in packaging, underwriting and marketing investment and land properties, negotiating new and renewal leases, and increasing occupancy through cold calling and canvassing. Joe’s focuses on providing value through strategic planning and relentless execution. He has a goal to grow the development platform in the Inland Empire, building long-term relationships resulting in repeat customers and providing client’s a single source brokerage for ground up development
