Joel Maimon is a Senior Managing Director at the firm’s Oakland office. The foundation of Joel’s service to his clients is built upon carefully listening to every detail of his client’s needs. This has enabled him to craft real estate strategies that result in optimal outcomes for his clients.
As an advisor to his clients, Joel provides a wide range of services including renewal and relocation negotiations, present and future needs analysis, strategic planning, market surveys and comparisons, financial analysis and purchase versus lease evaluations. He represents international, national and regional businesses and non-profits occupying office space in the East Bay and elsewhere throughout the United States.
In 2017 and 2019, Joel received a Real Estate Deal of the Year award from the San Francisco Business Times.
