Joel joined Western Centers in May 2016, bringing with him a great amount of real estate experience. Joel received his real estate license at 17 years old and has since worked at some of the top real estate firms in the country, including Colliers International. As an investment and leasing broker, he focused on retail, industrial and land, with a specialization in the cannabis industry. Joel is focused on asset management for the fast-growing Western Centers portfolio, bringing a young, creative and diverse perspective to the team and its projects.
