Bio
As Senior Financial Analyst, Joel Zusman is responsible for property and transaction marketing, including property underwriting, financial analysis and modeling, creating marketing materials for financing requests and offering memorandums, coordinating buyer/lender due diligence and retail asset management. Prior to joining the Aztec Group in 2015, Mr. Zusman was a Senior Financial Analyst with a CBRE’s Florida Investment Property Retail team from 2008 – 2015, where he participated in the sale of over 12.5 million square feet of shopping centers with an aggregate value of $1.87 billion.
Mr. Zusman is a native of the Miami area and graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Miami in 2004, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami in 2006.
