Growing up and going to school in Humboldt, and earning his undergraduate degree from Union University in Jackson, John is thoroughly familiar with the West Tennessee area and the surrounding region.
As a Broker and Certified Residential Appraiser at Pritchard Realty, John has extensive experience in helping home buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate market. He specializes in residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, ensuring positive experiences for all his clients. John trained under his grandfather, the late Jess Pritchard, who founded Pritchard Realty in 1999.
