Bio
John T. Amend is founder and President of The Amend Group. Mr. Amend formed the organization in 1989 with the vision of creating a premier real estate services system to meet the changing needs of corporate clients. The Amend Group’s unique business model combines all the necessary elements and methodology (site selection, programming, design, estimating, scheduling, and construction, with overall project management) into an integrated and parallel process allowing for the proper determination of complex business decisions. By combining these services and modern delivery processes, the company’s clients are accustomed to significantly compressed project costs and schedules, while achieving higher than expected project quality.
