John Aubry, CCIM, has served as managing director for SVN/InvesTek Realty, LLC since 2004. He is one of Ohio’s premier commercial real estate professionals specializing in the sale of multifamily properties in Ohio and Southern Michigan. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, he has secured a career transactions volume valued in excess of $280 million. Prior to joining SVN/InvesTek Realty, LLC, Aubry was the founder of InvesTek Realty, LLC a real estate investment brokerage committed to the marketing and sale of income producing properties. Prior to 1999, he was vice president of investment real estate for a commercial real estate brokerage in Northwest Ohio.
Aubry’s clients range from large institutional investors and owners, regional investment groups, and private investors of every size. His attention to detail and commitment to his client’s best interest often results in exceeding client expectations. Aubry’s market knowledge and determination to pursue solutions for his clients is what sets him apart in the marketplace.
Aubry is also the owner of InvesTek Management Services, a full service property management firm with over 1,100 apartments under management and various commercial properties. Aubry is the managing member of numerous successful apartment community acquisitions and redevelopements throughout northern Ohio, and along with the management of his various partnership’s properties, Aubry also provides third party property management services.
Aubry has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and has served this organization as Ohio’s President and as a National Regional Vice President. He is a member of several organizations including the Toledo Board of Realtor’s, the Ohio Association of Realtor’s and the National Association of Realtor’s. He is also on the Board of Directors of Neighborhood Properties, Inc., a non-profit organization whose mission is to end homelessness for persons with mental illness and addiction disorders.
