Bio
John Bateman is a Managing Director in the Industrial Group of Crow Holdings Development. He is responsible for leading CHD’s industrial development business in the Southeast, overseeing site selection, acquisition, predevelopment, entitlements, design, construction, and capitalization.
John joined Crow Holdings in 2011 as an analyst with Crow Holdings Capital and has since held various positions with the firm. Prior to joining the Industrial Group, John was an Associate of Crow Holdings Capital, where he was responsible for the acquisition, due-diligence, and asset management of a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate equity and mezzanine investments. He subsequently joined Crow Holdings Development as an Associate, where he was responsible for the management and oversight of existing industrial development projects and underwriting and sourcing of new development opportunities.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Colorado at Boulder, Leeds School of Business.
