John has been an active licensed commercial real estate Agent/Broker since 1998, with a specialized background in operations, logistics & distribution & has focused on exclusively representing industrial & office tenants & purchasers. A resident of Metro-Atlanta since 1966, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Berry College - 1981.
For over 22 years, we've provided global level thinking & unique local knowledge representing tenants & buyers in commercial real estate leasing, sales, lease & sales contract negotiations, building & land site selection, build-to-suits, facility dispositions, special purpose facilities & other services. With numerous assignments & a proven track record of extensive lease & contract negotiations, John has been involved in over 300 sale or lease transactions, totaling almost $50M & more than 3 million total square feet.
