Bio
Mr. Conley’s career spans 30 years in which he has been involved in the acquisition, leasing, development, master planning, financing and sale of over $10 Billion in real estate assets located throughout the Eastern United States. Mr. Conley began his real estate career as an asset manager for CBRE/Whittier Partners. He later joined Glenborough Realty Trust a NYSE (GLB) traded REIT where he was responsible for 5 million SF of office and industrial properties in the Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland markets. He next joined Goldman Sachs covering the Boston and Washington DC markets in an asset management role working on opportunistic real estate projects. Mr. Conley spent the last 11 years of his career at Equity Office Properties, a Blackstone subsidiary working in the Boston, New York, Atlanta, Orlando and Columbus markets as a Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management. He graduated from Boston University with a degree in Economics and International Relations and received an MBA from Boston College with a concentration in Finance and Marketing.
