Bio
John specializes in tenant representation, corporate advisory services and investment sales. He has negotiated more than 500 transactions with a combined value approaching $500 million in total consideration. In 2006 and 2003, John was awarded the Office Division Top Producer recognition for total production. His real estate career began in 1993 with the F. C. Tucker Company’s Office Sales and Leasing division, now Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT). In addition to his more than twelve years with CTMT, John worked with Browning Investments, Inc., an Indianapolis-based real estate development company.
