John began his professional career as a loan officer at First National Bank of Alaska. He has worked
with Ernst and Ernst, a national accounting firm, and for E. F. Hutton, a national stockbrokerage firm.
John entered the real estate profession in 1976, from which time he has successfully developed a broad
base of professional expertise in real estate marketing, sales development, and leasing of commercial
properties.
At Metro Commercial Realty, Inc., John offers his clients and customers considerable knowledge of
the marketing, sales and development of residential subdivisions, commercial land, industrial and
investment properties. He has also negotiated many successful transactions of office and industrial

As you can see, in his many years of real estate activity, John has dealt with properties throughout the
state of New Mexico including those in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Las Cruces, Roswell, Hobbs,
Farmington, and Taos. His creativity in marketing coupled with broad experience has put John in the
forefront of New Mexico’s real estate professionals.
