John Dohm, SIOR, CCIM, is one of the most highly respected commercial brokers in the country. He’s been a licensed Broker for over 35 years and is one of 983 people in the world to hold both the SIOR and CCIM (Certified Commercial Institute Member) designations and is the only member of both organizations to have earned the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation along with all NASD securities licenses. He is the past President of the SIOR Florida chapter, past CCIM district President, past President of the Realtor’s Commercial Alliance, and is past Chairman of the Board of the 63,000 member Miami Association of Realtors. John currently serves on the Transportation Advisory Committees of Miami-Dade (chairman) and Broward Counties, as Chairman of the Florida Freight Advisory Committee to the Florida DOT and as real estate advisor to FDOT District 6 Freight Transportation Plans for Medley, the Miami River, Hialeah, Opa-Locka, Miami Gardens, Doral, Homestead and the District 6 Truck Parking Studies. He serves as real estate consultant to the PortMiami Tunnel Evaluation Study and as a consultant to Broward County for the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport Master Plan.
