His primary focus is land development and office/retail leasing. Prior to Draughn's association with Coldwell Banker Commercial Chicora, he was in financial service management for Citicorp working in its sales/finance office in Raleigh, NC. Graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in agricultural economics. The Grand Strand has been his home for over 23 years.
