Johnny brings over 40 years of real estate, building, and development experience with him to Commercial Landtec Corporation. He holds an Associate Degree in Engineering, along with a Broker's and General Contractor's license in both North and South Carolina.
In his extensive real estate career, Johnny has been directly involved in every facet of commercial real estate sales and development; which includes procuring the land, financing, assisting in site and structure design, to procuring the buyer.
