Joining Cresa Calgary in 2007 John has been involved in a broad range of transactions and strategic planning exercises as a tenant representative. As a key member of one of the more active teams in the market he has significant experience with many complex issues including but not limited to: detailed financial analysis, headlease and sublease negotiations, business development and disposition/acquisition strategies driven out of merger and acquisition activity in the energy sector.
