John Ewart began his career at Grubb & Ellis, now Newmark, in 1995. Ewart specializes in the sale and leasing of office income property in the Inland Empire, Southern California Market. Ewart has extensive experience in negotiating sale and lease agreements; canvassing prospective tenants and buyers; and in researching and analyzing market conditions. Ewart is highly respected in the real estate community for his integrity, enthusiasm, reliability, and competence. His success includes negotiating over 5,000 leases and over $800 million in sales.
