Since 1989, John Gay has pursued his passion of representing businesses in their real estate activities. Whether a lease or purchase of commercial real estate, he has advised end users of space providing expertise in strategic planning, site/building selection, lease/contract negotiation, construction/project management oversight and post occupancy review. One of Orlando’s top tenant representatives, John has a long track record of satisfied clients. He has advised multinational companies, regional businesses and small local practices. Whether for large build to suit office developments or for small short term renewals, no project is unimportant. For this reason, John continues to maintain long term relationships with his clients.
Prior to starting Orlando’s Cresa office, John was a co-founder of Strictly Commercial, Inc., a leading Central Florida-based tenant representation firm.
