John Grady is a Executive Vice President with CBRE's Industrial & Logistics. He partners with First Vice President Jackie Orcutt, specializing in institutional landlord and buyer representation, industrial and back office leasing and sales. John implements creative strategies in tenant and landlord representation across all aspects of industrial real estate including leasing, subleasing, and sales/purchases for tenants and landlords. With a primary focus in tenant representation, John prides himself in a strong work ethic, the highest level of client service and extensive knowledge of local market trends, statistics, vacancies, and market rents.
A top industrial broker in the metro Phoenix market, John has been involved in more than 1,000 real estate transactions over the course of his career and is consistently at the top of production lists. Previously with Cushman & Wakefield, he was the firm’s top individual industrial broker in 2015. He was also named their Emerging Broker of the Year and Rookie of the Year in 2013 and 2007, respectively and was honored with a CoStar Power Broker award in 2013.
John is licensed in both Arizona and California and is a Certified Global Supply Chain Services Specialist. Additionally, he is a member of NAIOP and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. John also serves as an Executive Board Member for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
