John leads the Woburn-based leasing group and is responsible for overall business development, including formulating pricing schedules and leasing strategy, maintaining relationships with brokers, and spearheading all new lease negotiations.
Prior to joining Cummings Properties as an account manager in 2016, he served as an associate director in Endicott College’s Institutional Advancement Department and a senior account manager at tech firm SmartSports. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Endicott College.
John and his wife, Hillary, live in Wakefield with their son, Connor. A sports enthusiast, he is an active member of the Reading High School and Endicott College baseball alumni clubs. He enjoys playing baseball, softball, and golf during his free time.
