Prior to joining the Levcor team, he was the Senior Property Manager for a Houston based grocery chain responsible for the management of 850,000 square feet of retail space and the lease administration of 31 grocery stores. Mr. Hoag has over 25 years of experience in property management of retail and office buildings in the Houston area. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northern Michigan University in 1979. He currently holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License, is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, and Institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. Hoag received the designation of Certified Property Manager in 1992.
