John Hogan is an Associate with CBRE | Raleigh’s Advisory and Transaction Services, Industrial & Logistics Team. He also handles all aspects of the tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation process, including sales and leasing of warehouse and flex product types in the Raleigh-Durham and Eastern North Carolina markets. John joined CBRE | Raleigh in April 2018 as a Research Analyst, conducting thorough market research and customized data support for local Raleigh-Durham and outlying markets. He was promoted to Associate in 2020 and is now an integral member of the Industrial & Logistics team assisting with the sales and leasing of manufacturing, warehouse, and flex product types, handling the day-to-day aspects of the tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation process.
