Bio
John Jo joined Majestic Realty in 2016 and is currently a Vice President. For Capital Markets, he was responsible for securing construction, bridge, and permanent debt, negotiating term sheets, and identifying new lending relationships. Now fully dedicated to the development side, John is responsible for identifying and processing industrial development opportunities, as well as seeking industrial acquisitions in major metropolitan markets throughout the Western United States.
Prior to joining Majestic, John worked as a capital markets intermediary on a national platform, placing over $2.3 billion in debt from CMBS, life companies, banks, and GSEs on behalf of institutional, middle market, and private clients. In addition, he spent several years as a commercial real estate underwriter for both national and regional banks.
With a Bachelor’s Degree from UC Santa Barbara, John also earned a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate Finance from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
