A native of Charleston going back many generations, John has been in real estate and property management for over 20 years.
In addition to his position as Broker in Charge of The Boulevard Company, John is in charge of corporate development for all SC and NC offices of RentCharleston, the sister company to The Boulevard Company.
John is a certified mediator and an educator, teaching local and statewide classes on Fair Housing and the South Carolina Landlord Tenant Act.
John is active on many Boards such as MLS Board of Directors and Professional Standards Committee at the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, President of The Committee To Save the City, Past President of the Downtown Breakfast Exchange Club, and Past President of the College of Charleston Young Alumni Association, just to name a few.
