Bio
John studied Property at the University of Aberdeen and subsequently qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2009. He established a reputation as a dealmaker while working for Ryden and after seven years of acting for a range of institutional clients and local investors and developers, he moved to London.
Since joining Ereira Mendoza, John has been directly involved in the sale and acquisition of multiple commercial property investment opportunities. He acts for a range of institutional clients, property companies, REITs, private clients and family offices, with the majority of transactions being delivered ‘off market’.
