John McKenna joined Newmark in 1999 at its highly respected Palo Alto office and currently serves as a senior managing director. John represents tenants and landlords in the leasing of both office and R&D properties, from San Francisco to San Jose. A winner of the coveted Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB) Rookie of the Year award, John has built his career by providing superior service to clients that have greatly benefited from his hard work and philosophy of success. He has completed more than 400 transactions, comprising 2.1 million square feet and $200.0 million in consideration.
