The JM Real Estate MGMT Brokerage Firm was created in 2014 by John Elias Mercho after working several years for various real estate companies. A native to the Indianapolis area, John grew up on the Northeast side of the city where he attended St. Mathew's grade school and graduated from Cathedral High School in 1991. John went on to earn his Bachelors of Science in 1996, Masters of Arts in 1999, and his Law Degree in Harrisburg Pennsylvania in 2003. John has over 23 years worth of experience in property management with a focus on commercial office, residential, & land development.
