John Michael Holtmann is an experienced commercial real estate Broker based out of Jackson, Mississippi where he is a Co-Founder and Principal with Concord Companies (formerly Duckworth Realty) leading the brokerage division.
He has represented a long list of local, regional and international companies including: Lone Star Funds, Vowell’s Marketplace, SIMON, Health Management Associates (HMA), Jones Lang LaSalle, Brookshire Grocery Company, Potter and Sims Foods, Associated Wholesale Grocers, CarMax, Merrill Lynch, T-Mobile, CH Robinson, Rouses Market, American Family Care, Tropical Smoothie Café, Goodwill Industries and Stericyle. Costar Group, the leading research firm in the nation for commercial real estate, has recognized John Michael as a Costar “Power Broker,” for nine years. Throughout his real estate career, John Michael has completed over $230 million in real estate transactions. John Michael, along with his wife Brittany and three children Mac, Allie and Luke reside in Jackson. John Michael Holtmann is an elder at Fondren Church and serves on the Origin Bank Advisory Board. He endowed the first ever real estate scholarship at Jackson State University, the Holtmann-Crossman Scholarship.
