Scope of Service Experience
John P. Miller has been an associate with NAI ISAAC Commercial Properties, Inc. since 1995 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties. He has assisted numerous tenants, including regional and national companies with site selection, evaluation and lease negotiation. Miller has also been involved in the leasing and management of several transitional properties leading to their stabilization within the market. Miller consults with property owners on zoning regulations and assists with zoning hearings, market and governmental research and site evaluation.
Background & Experience
Miller has represented several national companies including the U.S. Postal Service, Rite Aid, K-Mart, Kroger and Earl Scheib with sale or sublease dispositions of excess facilities. Miller has also assisted several national and international companies with selection of new sites including Bank One, Powertel, Harbor Freight Tools, The UPS Store, Quizno's, Allstate, Associates Corp., Gateway Computers, Emery, Brinks and Haix Shoes.
